A trailblazing company that is transforming mortgage broking in Australia, they are innovative and agile and are looking for an outstanding Brand and Communications Manager to join their ranks. Your Role

You will be a custodian of the brand, ensuring that the there is a well articulated brand architecture, strong visual identity, clear and consistent style guide and tone of voice. You will work on he next generation of the brand, transforming from a lean, hungry startup to a credible and expanding financial brand.

You will be hands hands on in marketing, media and creative, developing campaigns across brand and product, working with the creative and media agency partners.

Specifically you will be responsible for;
Defining key customer segments and manage insight programs to ensure key stakeholders deeply understand the need of customers, especially in brand and communications planning.
Strategically develop the brand alongside Chief Customer Officer, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners.
Defining key metrics and measurements for all brand and product communication.
Brief and manage agencies to develop creative and media strategies for key programs and campaigns including overseeing execution to achieve key campaign outcomes.
You will bring
At least 5+ Years’ experience, with at least 2 years client side.
Solid strategic skill set, utilising insight and data to develop marketing plans.
Experience in coordinating research and insight initiatives and turning insight into action.
Experience overseeing creative production across diverse media channels
Strong understanding of the principles of media planning, buying and measurement.
Experience in fintech or challenger environment is an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and engage stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent at problem solving with innovative ideas to overcome issues – think outside the box
