Senior Account Manager

Are you an experienced integrated account manager looking for your next challenge?
We are currently recruiting for a permanent part-time account manager / senior account manager with solid project management skills across all marketing channels including current digital and social strategy.
You will join a team of passionate and talented marketers who genuinely enjoy coming to work each and every day to face their next challenge.

About the role
• Part-time: 4 days per week (option for 3 days in the office and 1 day from home)
• Actively manage the client’s account from strategy through to implementation
• Drive and build existing client relationships and identify growth opportunities
• General account management responsibilities and agency processes – timeline development and tracking, project financials including budgets and invoicing, written and verbal WIP’s, contact reporting, brief writing and briefing creative, client relationships, internal and external collaboration, managing the strategic, creative and production processes across multiple clients, projects and channels
• Prepare thorough and insightful post campaign reports and present them to your clients
• Monitor and report on competitive insights
• Guide, mentor and support the junior account management team
• Participate in ongoing training education to stay up to date with changes and developments in the industry
• Champion our company core values both internally and externally

Are you the one?
• Min 3+ years’ experience in a creative agency environment
• Must have experience briefing and working with a creative team (designers)
• Integrated marketing experience across different client accounts and channels
• High level of experience with creative campaigns and driving the creative process
• Current knowledge and relevant experience in digital and social media campaigns (paid & organic) and websites (strategy, content and implementation management)
• Understanding and implementation of agency processes to ensure effective workflow
• Exceptional attention to detail and process driven
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and projects in a fast paced environment
• Strong presentation writing and presenting skills
• Excited and passionate about working in a constantly evolving industry
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Able to understand and overcome challenges for your clients and provide effective solutions

• Strategic confidence, contributing to the strategic planning process
