Match Media wins $4m Sunbeam account

Match Media has won the media account for Sunbeam account following a competitive pitch. The account is thought to be worth around $4m a year in billings.

The announcement: 

Match Media has been appointed to the Sunbeam account following a competitive pitch.

Match’s responsibilities will cover all online and offline strategy, planning and buying, including search and analytics. The agency will commence working on

Sunbeam is a division of GUD Holdings Limited, a publicly listed Australian company.

Their product portfolio spans coffee and beverages, food preparation, cooking, personal care, blankets and heaters, fans and ironing.

John Turnbull, General Manager Marketing for Sunbeam was impressed with the level of creativity in Match’s response.

“Match quickly understood the challenges and articulated the key themes in a way that contemporized Sunbeam, whilst remaining true to the brand,” he said.
