Milk & Honey PR expands into the US, appoints first North America CEO

Milk & Honey PR has opened its first US office in New York City, with Paul Cohen appointed as partner and CEO North America.

The UK-based Milk & Honey PR opened its first Australian office in March 2020 (not to be confused with creative shop Milk + Honey United, founded by Andy DiLallo and Steve Jackson three months ago).

Caroline Addy, managing director of Milk & Honey PR Australia, said: “Paul brings deep experience in both the US and global markets. Our clients and prospects are increasingly asking for services in America and around the world, so expanding our reach with an office in New York is really going to enhance our cross-border capabilities. Paul is an incredibly exciting addition to the team and I’m looking forward to working with him closely as the agency continues to thrive.”

Cohen brings to the independent PR agency over 2 decades of experience, having worked 17 years at PR agency Ketchum. He has been a partner at Ketchum since 2010. In 2020, he became principal of Prospect Strategies Group.

On his appointment, Cohen said: “I’m thrilled to join Milk & Honey and extend their meteoric growth to new markets. I’ve been so impressed with Kirsty [Leighton, CEO] and her team, not only for their great client work but also for their insistence on running the firm the right way. This is an exciting opportunity to bring my experience to an organisation committed to working smarter, more efficiently, and delivering an unequalled client experience.”

The New York office opening marks the third office for the agency, with the other two in London and Sydney.

In Australia, Milk & Honey PR’s recent wins include Grounded Packaging and Morse Micro.
