New PR and marketing agency Example launches

Example, a public relations agency specialising in hospitality, lifestyle and travel has launched.

The agency already has a client list including: Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group Australia, Fairfax Media’s City2Surf, Good Food Month, Merivale, Diageo World Class Cocktail Week, Accor Hotels, Parlour Group, Hotel Palisade, Acme & Co, Grill’d and Brick Lane Stanley Street.

Example’s offering includes strategy, PR, digital, creative, content, social media and sponsorship.

Former Merivale group marketing director, Andy El-Bayeh; and former publicity manager at Merivale, Rebecca Gibbs are the co-founders and directors of Example.

El-Bayeh said: “To achieve meaningful audience engagement requires thorough strategy and story-telling across all marketing touch-points. This is where Example is uniquely positioned to deliver real value for clients, creating distinctive campaigns that are innovative, cost effective and as meaningful as they are headline worthy.

“Having together led an in-house marketing department for many years, we saw a huge opportunity to combine our respective marketing and public relations expertise and create a multifaceted agency that specialises in the industries we are most passionate about,” she said.

Example has also appointed Andrew Cavallaro as a marketing specialist.

Cavallaro previously worked as a digital marketing specialist at Australian Business Consulting and Solutions.
