Mumbrella wraps up the latest people moves in media and marketing.

Nova hires mergers and acquisitions expert for strategy role

Lachlan Murdoch-owned radio group Nova Entertainment has signalled it will look to acquire some new assets by hiring Nathan Reay to the position of head of strategy and development.

Reay moves from Bauer Media where he has held the position of acquisitions director since August 2014. Prior to that he worked in mergers and acquisitions with PwC for 14 years.

Nova CEO Cathy O’Connor said: “We see a strong opportunity for Nova Entertainment to leverage its brands, audiences and expertise into new areas of growth for the company.
