Reprise appoints Andrew Copeland to lead Brisbane office, while Claudeen Martinez joins Sydney team

IPG Mediabrands’ digital experience agency Reprise has bolstered its Brisbane and Sydney offices, with Andrew Copeland taking on the lead role in Brisbane and Claudeen Martinez heading up the major client teams in Sydney.

Copeland: Joining from London

The appointments come on the back of other recent senior leadership announcements, including Dr Grace Liu, who joined from Dentsu Aegis Network’s Isobar China as CEO, and Lachlan Brahe who came on board as general manager following ComScore’s wind back of its Australian operations.

Copeland was formerly head of operations for the UK-based programmatic and display business Undertone. He has also spent time at performance marketing and partnerships business Tradedoubler.

Martinez was previously head of marketing and communications at Beyond Entertainment Group, where she was involved in the launch of Fishlicks – a video-on-demand streaming service which houses content for recreational fishers, hunters and 4×4 enthusiasts.

She has also headed marketing communications at BlueScope Steel and worked agency side with Mitchell Communications and GroupM.

Martinez: Will collaborate with IPG’s other agencies

Martinez will work across key clients in Sydney and also collaborate with other IPG agencies UM and Initiative.

Both new recruits will report into Reprise’s head of Sydney and Brisbane Richard Conway, who said the duo will benefit clients and agency teams.

“Our two new senior executives have diverse backgrounds an extensive experience in delivering results at a business and individual level,” he said.
