Rivergum Group partners with O’Rourke Public Relations
O’Rourke Public Relations has been appointed by Rivergum Group.
O’Rourke Public Relations was previously acquired by KWP, but is no longer affiliated with the group.
The announcement:
The Rivergum Group has appointed public relations and communications consultancy, O’Rourke Public Relations (OPR) to elevate the SA-based national home builder and developer’s standing as a modern and visionary market leader which exists to create better lives for Australians.
OPR will work closely with the executive team of the Rivergum Group in developing and implementing a multi-dimensional communications strategy to, in the words of Rivergum CEO Ryan Lee, “take the company to the next level” by highlighting the aspirational nature of the company’s diverse lifestyle offerings.
The appointment, he added, comes at a particularly exciting time in the company’s 27-year history.
“We have always been associated with innovation and excellence. What we’re doing now is building on this, creating a fresh look, feel and personality that is always professional and respects our history while offering a somewhat modern feel in our range of homes,” he said.
“And in OPR, we believe we have found an equally innovative and well-credentialled partner to assist us in helping the market to better understand us and our broader story, key to which is a track record of listening to and delivering for our customers – whether they’re starting out or seeking to create their lifelong dream home,” he said.
OPR Managing Director Rebecca O’Rourke added that her company is delighted to be associated with a like-minded client and looks forward to “working with Ryan Lee and his team to ensure that the Rivergum Group is seen and heard as a modern, forward-thinking and customer-centric company”.
With a rich and diverse track record of bringing a brand’s past and present narrative to the forefront of consumers’ minds, O’Rourke is eager to bring the Rivergum story to broader and younger audiences and to highlight the innovative and on-trend nature of the company’s various product offerings.
“Innovation has always played a key role at Rivergum, and the launch of Rivergum’s Plan Lab is just one indication of the direction the company is heading in”, she said.
A state-of-the-art home design projection studio based in Adelaide, Plan Lab is the first of its kind and will allow homeowners to physically walk around within a full-scale floor plan to get a sense of room sizes and to interact with walls, furniture placements and desired interior design.
This pioneering facility will allow homeowners to build and plan around their desired lifestyle needs, taking the stress and the unknown out of building a home.
Beyond facilitating a virtual tour for homeowners, Plan Lab will also provide a space for interior designers and architects to push the boundaries by bringing their projects to life well ahead of the build commencing.
“This presents an exciting opportunity for Rivergum to collaborate with like-minded industry members, renowned stylists and architects and to ensure their customers receive the best of the best when it comes to building their dream home”.
With new display homes, partnerships and launches on the horizon, Lee and O’Rourke say they are eager to start spreading the Rivergum story against the backdrop of a booming Australian real estate market.
