Joseph Pardillo said: “As much as we are chuffed with the trajectory of the business, fuelled by the opportunity of working alongside some amazing brands that continually push us to new heights, it’s the position of being able to recognize the unwavering efforts of our people that is most rewarding. They are the ones that make Ryvalmedia tick and the main source of our successes with our clients to date.

“To continue to attract incredible brains and passionate people such as Rob and Julie are a testament to our home away from home that the team has built. It’s also a joy to share the responsibilities with Marcus, Trent, and Ed in their respective new roles as they champion our critical centres of excellence across the business.

“Of note is Isabella’s expanded remit towards focusing on our talent. Isabella has a proven track record of leading senior stakeholder relationships and delivering business growth for clients. I am excited to see how her obsession in delivering unrivalled output transcends across building on our culture, which we all know starts and stops with the people”.
