SapientNitro hires senior brand strategist

Experienced brand strategist Justin Cloete has joined SapientNitro as senior manager of marketing strategy and analysis.

The announcement:

3 JULY 2013: SapientNitro has welcomed experienced brand strategist Justin Cloete who takes on the role of Senior Manager Marketing Strategy & Analysis, working across a wide portfolio of clients including RACQ, Super Retail Group, Dreamworld, Unilever and Terry White Chemists.

Cloete will be leading marketing strategy projects for clients as well as driving business initiatives across the full spectrum of marketing strategy offering at SapientNitro.

“Justin has described his passion as facilitating breakthrough, which is a perfect fit for the kind of Connected Thinking that we promote with our clients,” said Paul Bennett, national managing director at SapientNitro.

Most recently Cloete was strategy director at DraftFCB Johannesburg, and some of the brands he has worked with include Kellogg, Unilever, Nestle, Samsung, Toyota and De Beers.

Cloete will report to national head of strategy, Phil Phelan.
