Seven’s The Chase Australia won Thursday night entertainment, pushing Seven Network to an overall win, just 1% over Nine.
The show aired to 490,000 metro viewers, and was followed by Home and Away with 482,000.

Seven News was the #1 program on Thursday night, with 912,000 metro viewers. Seven News at 6:30 followed with 897,000, then Nine News with 767,000, Nine News at 6:30 with 748,000, ABC News with 585,000 and A Current Affair with 573,000.
Back to entertainment, and Ten’s MasterChef Australia had 409,000 metro viewers, while Nine’s Hot Seat had 398,000.
Nine’s Women’s State of Origin Game I coverage saw 345,000 metro viewers tune in, while the pre-match coverage had 270,000.
Seven Network won the night with an overall share of 30.1%, while Nine had 29.1%. Ten followed with 16.4%, then ABC with 15.1% and SBS with 9.2%.
Seven was the top rated primary channel at 21.2%, followed by Nine at 20.5%.
The top rated multichannel was 7Two, at 3.9%.
In the latest Daily Consolidated 7 Total TV Report for 25 May, Seven News was the #1 program with a Total TV audience of 1.482 million, a 4% uplift and 46,000 on BVOD.
SBS’ Alone Australia again had the biggest uplift of 178%, a Total TV audience of 514,000 and BVOD audience of 178,000.
