South Australia’s Tasting Australia festival seeks creative agency
The South Australian Tourism Commission has opened a tender seeking a creative agency for its annual eight-day eating and drinking festival, Tasting Australia.
Located in Adelaide, Tasting Australia is a festival which celebrates food and wine and runs between April 13 and April 22.
“Events South Australia marketing require a creative services agency that has the capability to provide strategic and innovative creative solutions to promote Tasting Australia locally and nationally ensuring the achievement of the event’s key performance indicators, including brand awareness, interstate visitation and ticket sales,” the tender states.
Tasting Australia currently boasts Mercedez-Benz, City of Adelaide, Seven, Nova, The Advertiser and Singapore Airlines among its commercial partners.

In terms of the dates, the festival runs between 13 and 22 April.
The tender for the new agency will close on 24 April. Presumably, the creative has already been done for this year’s festival, given it is just weeks away – so the new agency will work on 2019 and beyond.
