Tamara Pannett to replace Ben Dixon as Nova’s head of agency in Melbourne
The Urban List’s former head of sales and partnerships, Tamara Pannett, is joining Nova Entertainment as Melbourne head of agency.
She replaces Ben Dixon who is leaving after seven years to partner with Qsic, “the world’s only commercial music streaming service with in-built AI”.
Pannett – who has also spent time as group sales manager at News Corp – will lead the Melbourne commercial agency team and be charged with coming up with tailored solutions to help Nova’s clients grow their businesses.
Pannett will report to Nova Melbourne’s commercial director and market lead, Andrew Will, who said he was delighted to welcome her to the Nova family.
“Our passionate people drive our success, and Tamara demonstrates the traits sought in all our staff – collaboration, innovation and connection.
“Tamara’s experience across numerous platforms will provide the necessary thought leadership to lead the Melbourne agency team into ‘what’s next’.”
Pannett added: “I am really excited about the opportunity to work with such highly regarded people and wonderful brands. Nova Entertainment already create and share great experiences. 2019 brings a fantastic opportunity to further evolve this offering for our clients via the depth and breadth of channels, products and assets available.”
In November, David Boldeman joined The Urban List as head of commercial.
Fantastic news, Tamara is a solid operator.
