TBWA Melbourne hires Eloise Liley as group planning director

TBWA Melbourne has appointed Eloise Liley as group planning director.

The appointment comes in the same week it was announced Ricci Meldrum had been made managing director, taking over from Mike Napolitano who moved to DDB Melbourne.

Liley joins TBWA Melbourne after a stint at Thinkerbell

Liley has joined the agency after seven months with Thinkerbell, as head thinker, integration. She has previously spent time at Publicis in London and Cummins & Partners. Her experience spans clients in automotive, tourism, FMCG and insurance.

Liley said clients will continue face challenges in the coming months, which she is looking forward to solving.

“There’s nothing more exciting than the problems that lie ahead of us. Solving these problems will require the very best mix of behaviour change, data, CX and creativity. But none of this can happen unless you have a great team and great clients to do it with. So, I am beyond excited to be joining TBWA Melbourne,” she said.

Meldrum welcomed Liley to the team.

“Eloise is an awarded and respected strategic thinker; brave in her approach, deep in the data and articulate in communicating brand differences helping them find growth to earn a greater share of the future,” Meldrum said.

“We welcome Elly to the team and look forward to having her physically in the agency working with the team.”

Liley’s appointment is effective immediately.
