Two hires for TCO

The Conscience Organisation has hired two staff, Becky Brown and Michaela Lobb, to join the design and client service team respectively.

The announcement:

On the back of existing client growth with Nestle and new business wins, TCO has expanded it’s design and client service team to meet demand.

Becky Brown joins TCO from Havaianas where she was a Senior Digital Designer.

Becky says ‘I was looking for a new challenge to take my passion for Digital to a new level, meeting with Jon, Clive and the team at TCO, I new I had found somewhere to create amazing work’.

Jon Holloway, Managing Director says ‘in the current market it is hard to find talent that can deal with the kind of exploratory innovative work that we are working with our clients to produce. Becky, after spending 2 years in the UK showed real talent for the future of digital design and is going to be a real asset’.

Michaela Lobb joins TCO from Byronesque.com in NYC as an Account Manager.

Michaela has been in New York for just over a year and previous to that was at Clemenger BBDO in Brisbane.

Sam Wharfield, Client Service Director says ‘in this period of expansion we are looking for special talent that understands the digital landscape and can work with our clients to create amazing work. Michaela blew us away with her passion and ambition’.
