Someone has accused the committee of a group i help manage of conducting “dodgy dealings” and acting “illegally” (untrue) in private messages via facebook to one of our members. They have also acted in an absive manner to the same member who is a minor (14y.o.) What action can be taken on the 1st point (defamation/slander) and on the second.
