303 Sydney boosts management line-up

303 Sydney has announced the addition of four new senior team members.

The announcement:

303 Sydney has continued to grow its ranks on the back of sustained business growth and a succession of new client wins with the addition of four new senior hires.

Former M&C and DDB staffer Kenny Hill joins with a brief to lead the agency’s new business program in the newly created role of Head of Business Development, as well as Group Business Director responsibility across the agency’s Fairfax, Cerebos and Westpac Institutional Bank businesses.

“We’re delighted to have someone of Kenny’s calibre join us,” said Nick Cleaver, CEO 303. “His experience of leading big brands with clients like McDonald’s, Qantas, Optus and Kellogg’s combined with his entrepreneurial and creative track record makes him a tremendously valuable addition to the 303 team”.

Also joining the agency is ex Happy Soldiers senior suit Vicky Ross-Munro who joins to lead the agency’s Fujitsu and universal Music business. Ross-Munro previously worked on Pacific Brands, and during her four year stint at Host, worked on Ikea, Virgin Mobile and Air New Zealand. “Vicky is a smart strategically driven suit with a track record of building strong client relationships. We’re thrilled to have her on board,” said Cleaver.

Antonella Biviano joins from Oglivy as Business Director across the agency’s Brookfield Multiplex and Southern Cross Travel Insurance accounts. Biviano’s account experience spans the likes of KFC, Unilever and Telstra. “Antonella’s  breadth of experience off and on line made her a natural fit for our integrated set up”, said Cleaver.

With the agency’s new business roll gaining momentum, 303 has also strengthened it’s creative services department.

Rana Damian, also ex Ogilvy, joins as Head of Creative Services. “Rana’s experience of managing workflow through multi-disciplined creative departments and her solid production background meant she stood out as a candidate,” continued Cleaver.

Last year 303 brought in Simon Langley as its Executive Creative Director to join a strong management line up of Managing Director Jon Mckie, Head of Digital Nic Chamberlain and CEO Nick Cleaver.
