Creina Chapman to join Southern Cross Austereo’s leadership team

Southern Cross Austereo’s head of regulatory affairs and corporate communications Creina Chapman has been appointed to the company’s executive team.

Chapman joined SCA in 2015, having previously held roles at News Corp, Nine Network and in Federal Election campaigns.

In her time with SCA, Chapman has been involved with in lobbying for media reform package, managing corporate communications strategy and the development of the PodcastOne Australia network.

Chapman is also the SCA representative on the boards of Commercial Radio Australia, Free TV, Regional Television Audience Measurement and Regional Broadcasting Australia Holdings.

She joins the chief executive officer, chief operating officer, chief financial officer, chief sales officer, chief creative officers, and head of regional media in the company’s leadership team.

SCA CEO Grant Blackley said the inclusion of Chapman will broaden the executive team’s skillsets.

“The inclusion of Creina will not only strengthen the team but further broaden its extensive skill sets. Creina has consistently displayed strong leadership values and her wealth of experience will naturally complement and deepen the work achieved by the Leadership Team,” Blackley said.
