Jonathan Cummings, chairman of Fitch Greater China, will be speaking at the upcoming Mumbrella Retail Marketing Summit about taking a data-driven approach to designing the in-store experience.
Hong Kong-based Cummings will draw on successful examples from key markets to help retailers look to an omni-channel future with optimism.

GalKal director of strategy and innovation, Pippa Dalco, will also appear to discuss the major cultural trends that are influencing today’s shoppers.
From the movement towards sustainable humanity to the empathetic economy and also the tech empowered, there are a number of overarching cultural narratives impacting today’s consumers.
Dalco will explain the importance of understanding how changing shopper demographics, profiles and needs are impacting and reshaping the retail environment and what the industry has to do to get on top of it.
