Glenn Wheatley – what’s he been up to recently?
Dr Mumbo was naturally delighted to receive a press release from the Account Planning Group announcing a special event featuring music industry experts to take place in Sydney and Melbourne in a couple of weeks time.
And among the special guests is former pop promoter Glenn Wheatley. The release describes his “extraordinary 30 year career”. Then it concludes: “More recently, Glenn has published his memoirs recording his sales and marketing business experience – ‘Back from the Brink, The Glenn Wheatley Story’.
Dr Mumbo supposes it’s slightly kinder than saying “More recently Glenn did a prison sentence for tax evasion.”

Mainly, since Glenn hasn’t been invited to talk about prison or tax evasion.
