James Collier, chief data officer at M&C Saatchi Group AUNZ said: “As we designed Precision we knew we needed brilliant people to match our already significant ambition. As we interviewed Steve, Olivia and Tahl, it became obvious that not only were they incredible at what they did, but their diverse backgrounds would give us a real breadth of perspective. This diversity of thought will set us up for success and it’s a privilege to welcome them to the team.”

Having worked with an enviable list of blue chip clients across Europe and Australia, Wright brings over 16 years of experience to Precision. His most recent role was at Geronimo where he acted as director of data strategy.

“The opportunity to join James and the M&C Saatchi Group to build the Precision practice was one I jumped at. The unique opportunity to blend the power of data with the existing creative success of the Group is something I am excited to be a part of and can honestly say – I can’t wait to get started,” said Wright.

Nadile is a global researcher and brings qualitative and quantitative capabilities to the Precision team, with broad sector experience gained from time working at agencies such as Potentiate, and has previously  worked with brands such as ANZ, Cochlear, IAG, ING, Jetstar and Sanitarium.

“Opportunities like this don’t come around very often. I’m excited to jump in and support the group in realising the opportunity of creativity and quantification coming together.” Nadile said.

Precision’s data and analytics manager, Tahl Finkenberg

Finkenberg joins Precision with an extensive analytics background, having spent the most recent phase of his career specialising in market mix modelling and other data driven projects for Dentsu and CHE Proximity.

“The opportunity to help build on and evolve M&C Saatchi’s data and analytics capability is so appealing. I’m looking forward to making a difference and working with the Precision team.” Finkenberg said.

The launch of Precision is a continuation of the Groups long term growth strategy and will accelerate the unique union of creativity and quantification. The announcement comes several weeks after James Collier’s elevation to chief data officer.

Collier has been leading the design and internal development of Precision and will spearhead it’s roll out and growth.
