Mumbrellacast: Campaign Review with Adam Ferrier, plus the fossil fuel dilemma

On this week's Mumbrellacast, Andrew Banks, Kalila Welch, and Thinkerbell's Adam Ferrier join host Calum Jaspan for an audio edition of Campaign Review. Plus, Comms Declare founder and president Belinda Noble discusses agencies working with fossil fuel clients, as AGL reviews its advertising partners.

The Australian Financial Review reported on Monday morning that AGL is reviewing its agency roster, which currently includes CHEP Network and UM as creative and media partners respectively. Comms Declare founder and president Belinda Noble joins the podcast to discuss the reputational impacts of continued work with clients like AGL, as highlighted in last year’s F-List report.

Then, the team and Adam Ferrier discuss creative work from brands with new agency partners. The list includes work from ANZ with Special Group, NAB with TBWA, Stake with Bear Meets Eagle on Fire, James Squire with Milk + Honey, and Colonial First State with It’s Friday, as well as a new campaign from UberEats and CGU’s five-minute Tall Poppy work from Ferrier’s Thinkerbell.

Finally, a preview of next week’s CommsCon, and a breakdown of why Furphy’s truck stunt last week was successful.
