Revium wins GWM digital account pitch

Only days after announcing its new creative agency of record, automotive brand GWM has appointed a new digital agency too.

Digital and AI consultancy Revium has won the account following a competitive pitch process, having demonstrated its strategic vision, innovative solutions and track record in driving digital transformations for clients.

The agency – whose other clients also include Red Energy, Choice Hotels, Alinta Energy, Kaboodle Kitchens, Engie, DuluxGroup, REIV and Technology One – has worked with GWM over the past 12 months on a number of one-off digital projects, which laid the foundations for the official partnership.

The appointment comes a week after GWM announced Thinkerbell as its new creative agency partner. Thinkerbell’s appointment came the same day as the pitch was unveiled, and incumbent The Hallway announced it was parting ways with the Chinese-owned manufacturer.

“Winning this competitive pitch is a testament to our team’s industry leading capability in the digital space and the innovative solutions we have shown we can bring to the table,” said Adam Barty, managing director of Revium.

“We are genuinely excited to expand our collaboration with GWM ANZ and we can’t wait to use our collective experience and expertise to drive forward GWM’s brand visibility, customer engagement, and market growth. We look forward to collaborating closely with GWM and Thinkerbell to achieve these ambitious goals.”

GWM is embarking on a new growth chapter, where Revium’s role will be critical to enhance its digital presence in order to boost user engagement, streamline customer interactions and drive business growth. The agency will optimise user experiences, implement new marketing technologies and explore practical uses of generative AI.

Steve Maciver, head of marketing and communications at GWM ANZ, added: “Revium has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of our digital needs and has delivered exceptional results over the past year

“We are confident that their strategic approach and innovative solutions will continue to drive our digital transformation and enhance our engagement with customers across Australia and New Zealand.”

Revium and Thinkerbell’s appointments are effective October 1, 2024.
