Teachers Health names Mango Communications as PR agency of record

Teachers Health, the teaching industry’s health fund, has appointed Mango Communications as its PR agency of record.

Teachers Health joins Mango’s roster of clients in the healthcare sector, including the Royal Institute for Deaf and Blind Children, Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Heart Foundation. The appointment follows the addition of GHD and baby formula brand Sanulac to Mango’s client list. The agency also joined Tourism NT’s agency roster.

The agency has been engaged to lead the fund’s media relations during COVID-19 and into 2021.

Wendy Taylor, chief marketing officer at Teachers Health, said Mango aligns with the organisation’s values.

“It’s with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Mango,” she said.

“It was important for us to work with an agency that aligns with our values and understands the importance of prioritising our members in everything we do.

“They’ve proven to be strategically aligned to our company needs and ambitions and we’re confident that they’re the right partners to strengthen our positioning in the market.”

Mango’s managing director, Tabitha Fairbairn, added: “We’re proud to be partnering with Teachers Health, working to amplify their voice during a pivotal and challenging time for its members.

“This partnership is demonstrative of Mango’s continued growth in the sector across a wide range of health and wellness-focused clients.”
