The Works boosts creative team with new hire

Capgemini’s The Works has added Tim Brothers as senior creative to its team.

Brothers will work with Iggy Rodriguez, who joined The Works in October as creative partner from R/GA California.

Brothers joins from Dig Agency, where he held the title of associate creative director. He has also spent time at M&C Saatchi, Innocean and TBWA Raad.

In his role at The Works, Brothers will be leading the charge on creative output with a particular focus on social and digital creative.

“It’s a particularly exciting time for The Works, with their new growth, and their vision of creating game-changing media-agnostic campaigns,” he said. “I look forward to producing the kind of work that really moves the needle for their clients.”

Rodriguez added: “Tim is a great addition to The Works creative department. He blurs the lines of what creative talent can do, which I feel is perfect for the current industry landscape. I’m really looking forward to Tim helping drive innovative ways to help our clients grow their brands.”

The news also follows the appointment of Julie Dormand as managing partner on a contract basis while Katie Harper was appointed as head of production.
