Peachey, who has been at ANZ since 2009 and previously held senior positions at Telstra, will join Maria Loyez, CMO at Society One, and Diane Pavlicevic, head of marketing at GMHBA Health Insurance and Care Company.

The trio of senior finance industry leaders will join The Hallway’s strategy director, Brad Bennett, discussing the expectations and needs of the new value-driving consumers. They’ll overlay best practice from both traditional financial organisations and fintechs to discover the key marketing tactics, how the industry should leverage new technology platforms and offerings, what the primary customer concerns are and how the industry can solve them.

In addition, MediaCom’s global executive creative director, Gemma Hunter, will join PayPal’s head of consumer marketing, Liz Lefort, on a panel exploring marketing to youth. With consumer finance options changing substantially over the past couple of years and open banking about to challenge finance marketers across the country, is youth becoming a forgotten segment?

The pair will join Gerard Smith, CMO of Teachers Mutual Bank to tear the covers off youth marketing and give an honest answer to whether the industry has moved on or not from the days of the Happy Dragon Club and the Dollarmites accounts.

Also confirmed is The Works’ chief strategy officer and president of the International Advertising Association (IAA) Australian Chapter, Adam Donnelley. With a deep background in financial marketing strategy, Donnelley will moderate the panel on open banking to get to the bottom of how it will affect marketers.

The Mumbrella Finance Marketing Summit will take place on July 25 at the Amora Hotel Jamison in Sydney. Earlybird tickets are on sale now.
