Icon appointed to Acquire Learning campaign

Icon has been appointed to represent education aggregator Acquire Learning for a new national campaign.

The announcement:

Acquire Learning has appointed Icon to represent the education aggregator as they prepare to unveil a major national campaign.

The Melbourne-based integrated communications agency will launch the Acquire Learning brand through a creative, youthful integrated campaign encompassing both above the line and below the line elements.

The campaign – due to launch in November – will encompass online, digital media, social media, radio, public relations and events.

Founded in 2010, Acquire Learning has helped thousands of Australians to enrol in further education. Acquire Learning offer more than 200 government-funded online and on campus courses from nationally recognised education providers across Australia.

The campaign will target people looking to undertake further study in order to find a job, return to work or change careers. The campaign will utilise real-life Acquire Learning success stories as ambassadors.

Icon’s CEO Paul Cooke said: “We are delighted to work with Acquire Learning. It is a great opportunity for us to work with a young, dynamic company with a big future.”

Acquire Learning’s general manager Jesse Sahely said: “We are very pleased to have Icon on board. Icon developed a clever and compelling campaign, and a fresh, energetic vision for our business.”

Mr Cooke said Acquire Learning would be further proof of Icon’s already considerable credentials in developing integrated campaigns across a range of sectors.
