Positioned within Sydney Opera House Presents (SOHP), (the Opera House’s in-house presenting arm) and reporting to the Head, Strategy and Projects, this new role will seek to promote Creative Learning experiences offered at the House within the Primary, Secondary and Tertiary education sectors. This will be achieved by implementing and delivering on a tactical Education Sector Engagement Plan with the outcome of driving increased sales and sector awareness, improved customer experience, and informing the SOH Creative Learning programs.

We are looking for someone with:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in sales and account coordination preferably in the education program delivery and sales areas.
• Excellent management of data and generating insights for evaluation and reporting.
• Computer literacy and experience of using a Customer Relationship Platform.
• Excellent communication, verbal skills with an ability to build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders including internal teams members and external customers.
• Excellent administration and time management skills.
• Experience in managing complex and dynamic work environments.
• Resilient, self-motivated and flexible with an ability to both work independently and across teams in a collaborative manner.
