M&C Saatchi appoints new GM in Melbourne office
M&C Saatchi has promoted Jayne Brady to general manager at its Melbourne office.
Brady joined the agency’s leadership team in 2022 as business operations manager, and oversaw business wins including Victorian Government and Origin Energy.
In her new role, Brady will take on more commercial responsibility and join the national growth team.
She said: “I’m really proud of how we’ve reinvented the M&C brand here in Melbourne over the last few years. We have such a wonderful and talented bunch of people, and I can’t wait to see what comes next.”
CEO of M&C Saatchi AUNZ Michael McEwan, who was appointed in a restructure at the end of last year, said: “It’s hard to put into words the contribution Jayne has made to our business, our team, our clients, and our culture. In simple terms, she has been instrumental in everything we have achieved.
“She’s trusted and respected by the team and clients alike. Jayne has a group mindset, reflects our values, and sets standards for us all. Personally, I’m very grateful to her for her partnership, guidance, and friendship.”
M&C Saatchi’s group CEO, Justin Graham, was recently appointed the agency’s global head of advertising alongside his existing role.
Speaking on Mumbrellacast last month, Graham said he will now split his time between his home in Sydney, and global M&C Saatchi headquarters in London. He also shared some thoughts on the group’s growth trajectory in advertising in 2023.
