PwC’s Megan Brownlow joins Screen Australia Board as deputy chair

Megan Brownlow, editor of PwC’s annual industry snapshot the Australian Entertainment & Media Outlook, has been appointed deputy chair of Screen Australia board.

Brownlow: Joining the board of Screen Australia

Screen Australia is the federal body which funds Australian screen production across TV, film and online.

Brownlow, a partner with PwC, will join the Board alongside TV producer Joanna Werner, and lawyer Jenny Taing for the next three years.

Werner joins the Board with experience as an award-winning television producer, working across series including Dance Academy and Secret City, while Taing joins as a financial services lawyer at Vanguard Investment Australia.

The trio join the board six months after the appointment of Claudia Karvan, Richard King and Michael Hawkins.

Brownlow delivered the closing keynote at last year’s Mumbrella360 and will do the same again this June.
