MiQ continues Australian expansion with four new appointments

MiQ has added to its Australian team with four new hires, following recent investments that have seen the business expand with a wider national footprint.

Announced by CEO Jason Scott, MiQ has hired Hannah Cooper, Aynaz Fathi, Jennifer Lao and Jason Huang, with the appointments taking place across the sales and trading teams.

Cooper has come on board in the newly-created role of director of advanced TV AU and holding companies, NSW. She’ll be tasked with driving the transformation of advanced TV capabilities in Australia for MiQ’s clients and will lead the NSW holding company agency team.

She joins from Quantcast, where she served as the head NSW group head of agency sales.

Fathi, previously group sales manager at Network Ten, joins as Brisbane-based sales manager, and reports to sales director Madison Wappett.

Lao is now a sales executive within the MiQ independent agency team, having most recently been client advisory manager at Matterkind.

Finally, Huang is joining the team of programmatic traders and will report to MiQ operations and trading director James Anderson. He was most recently a product specialist at Xandr.

Scott said the new hires will help MiQ enable its clients to connect with consumers at the moments that count across every channel and every interface.
