Tami Cunningham appointed marketing director for Blackmores Australia & NZ

Following a short-lived six month stint at Pepsico, Tami Cunningham has officially been appointed marketing director for Blackmores Australia & NZ.

Cunningham, who has previously worked for Wrigley, Lion and most recently PepsiCo, began her role at the vitamins manufacturer and distributor five weeks ago.

The appointment comes four months after Cunningham left PepsiCo, a position she joined in September last year as a replacement to Jenny Dill, who had moved to the CMO role at McDonald’s.

Cunningham left PepsiCo earlier this year

Cunningham was previously marketing director at Wrigley Pacific, a position she held for close to three years.

In her newly-created role at Blackmores, Cunningham will lead the marketing and digital strategy across product, digital, sponsorships, PR and design.

Speaking about her new role, Cunningham said: “Blackmores have a great culture, compelling values and a positive vision to truly make a difference in the lives of many.”

Blackmores managing director, Australia & NZ, David Fenlon added: “Tami has previously demonstrated expertise in implementing a strong focus in brand building, supplemented by extensive experience in driving collaborative relationships between sales, category and consumer activation. We welcome her to the Blackmores family with much excitement for the future of our brand.”
