Adstream appoints Tai Tran as head of broadcast
Ad distribution company Adstream has appointed Tai Tran as its head of broadcast.

Leading advertising distribution and workflow specialist, Adstream, today announced the appointment of Tai Tran as its new Head of Broadcast.
Tai will be responsible for owning and managing all aspects of the TV Broadcast operations in Australia and New Zealand.
Adstream General Manager James Douglas said: “This position represents an ongoing commitment from Adstream to leading our various teams in Broadcast, Print and Digital with highly qualified future-focused experts. I’m really pleased to have Tai on my team to help us transition and future proof our services in the rapidly changing media landscape.”
Prior to joining Adstream, Tai was at Digital Pictures (an Omnilab Media Group company) for nine years where he began as New Media Assistant before becoming Head of Digital Media where he worked on major brands including Qantas, NAB, NEC and Roadshow Films.
At Digital Pictures, Tai was responsible for leading the digital media team, whose focus encompassed the advertising industry, film and TV and corporate markets.
His key achievements whilst at Digital Pictures include a market leading Blu-ray service including being first to the Australian market with a BD-Live and 3D Blu-ray services. And in the earlier years, spearheading file based deliverables for advertising agencies and film and TV clients.
Before joining Digital Pictures, Tai was Production Co-ordinator at Extreme Media, an advertising monitoring organisation, where he planned and implemented their migration from tape based to data workflows and introduced new product sets including mpeg files and DVD distributions.

Tai’s appointment is effective immediately.
