DTDigital – ‘probably Australia’s largest digital agency office’ – makes two hires

DTDigital in Melbourne has announced two hires that takes the company’s headcount up to 110. “This probably makes us the biggest digital agency office in Australia”, boss Brian Vella reckoned.

Andrea Byrne and Clare Smith have joined as group account directors, with Smith working on Honda, Officeworks and NAB, and Byrne on Myer.

DTDigital has grown from 90 staff at the beginning of the year, Vella noted.

“The advantage we have is that we are not a side part of an advertising agency,” he said. “We have as many developers and creatives in the business, and we have credibility to operate in both the paid and owned media spaces.”
