Postcodes used for stats to highlight how reviewproperty.com.au provides suburb and lifestyle information

Reviewproperty.com.au has launched a campaign to promote how the site uses local content to help users find out about suburbs and lifestyle information around properties they are looking at.

The campaign, from Admark Communications, uses postcodes from various Melbourne suburbs and highlights facts about the area – from the number of train stations, to cafes, to the types of houses available that match the numbers in the postcode.

MMP marketing director Paul Tyrrell said: “Firstly, we need to educate the market that a unique new property portal with about 400,000 listings has hit the market. But we also need to educate that our site is genuinely different. We are leveraging our quality lifestyle content to provide a unique user experience.

“Our hyperlocal content will help inform people about individual suburbs – not just property information, but the local schools, restaurants, medical services and even the local mechanic.”

It is running across TV, print and online.

Vizeum Melbourne led the campaign’s media strategy and implementation.

Vizeum’s general manager Travis Day said: “It’s refreshing to have a new player in the category with a clear point of different. We really focused on using media as utility at every possible juncture in the buyer cycle to help showcase reviewproperty’s USPs. They are a cleaver team that is well led and we are certain their impact will be felt in the market.”
