Your Mission?

Drive new business and revenue growth for A1 Connect by:

– Building, managing, and converting a strong pipeline of leads.
– Driving outbound prospecting campaigns and following up on warm leads.
– Meeting prospects in person (Sydney CBD, events, and boat socials) and online.
– Selling our LinkedIn video/podcast services and group membership.
– Developing relationships with referral partners and industry connectors.
– Contributing to sales strategy and refining our outbound approach.
– Working closely with the founder to identify new market opportunities.

Your Style?

– Confident on the phone, on Zoom, and face-to-face.
– Proactive in generating your own leads as well as converting inbound.
– Able to navigate long and short sales cycles.
– Comfortable talking to founders, executives, and decision-makers.
– Collaborative with marketing/content teams to ensure consistent messaging.

What We Expect?

You’ll be in our founder’s orbit at least 4 days a week — at Miranda HQ, meeting clients, or out networking.

Flexibility when the business needs it — sometimes that means showing up outside standard hours.

You treat client relationships like gold — delivering on promises and keeping communication sharp.

You take ownership of your numbers — your pipeline, your targets, your wins.

Skills & Experience?

– Proven track record in B2B sales (1–3+ years in a closing role).
– Comfortable with outbound prospecting and hitting activity targets.
– Strong communicator with excellent rapport-building skills.
– Tech-savvy (LinkedIn, CRM, Zoom, and happy to learn new tools).
– Resilient, self-motivated, and driven by financial reward.
– No degree required – we hire for talent and character, not just credentials.
