Another Recruitment Company (A.R.C) is a boutique agency founded by Mary Maher and Shane Szeto in 2011.

In our time as recruiters for other agencies, we noticed a trend in chasing commissions with which we didn’t quite agree. It’s not that we don’t like money (we do!), but we envisioned an agency that gives Digital Agencies, Advertising Agencies, Dot-Coms, Startups, In-house Departments, and Not-for-profits–for lack of a better term–“fat-free services”. We built A.R.C. to meet our clients’ needs without the time-wasting compliments and deluge of candidates that may be the common experience in the recruiting process. We’re kind of like a dating site, not just concerned with putting people together to get the job done, but looking to make good matches between candidates and companies. Our services and advice reflect our deep understanding of current industry trends, and with your help, we’ll fill in the gaps on your company’s unique staffing needs and corporate culture for a full recruiting profile.
