After 25 years, Rolf Harris is back in an Aussie ad

Entertainer Rolf Harris is the new face of Wild Oats wine, using his artistic skills in his first TV ad in Australia in quarter of a century.

Shot in the UK, the “Discover it your way”  campaign was created by Robert Oatley Vineyards’ in-house creative team. It started running in cinemas last night and will be aired on TV later this month. There is also digtial and point-of-sale support for the campaign. The media agency is MPG

Owner Bob Oatley said: “Rolf is a great Australian personality with an extraordinary outlook on life and I knew we had a unique shot of creating something special. He had the confidence to discover and enjoy the wine his way – incorporating our wine into one of his paintings was a special moment for us to capture.”

Harris said: “I’m proud to support an Australian winemaking icon such as Bob Oatley and his family.”
