Air NZ continues with ‘meanwhile in New Zealand’ campaign with video combining love of skiing and rugby

Air New Zealand is continuing with its “meanwhile in New Zealand” campaign with a video that combines New Zealand’s love of skiing and rugby ahead of the start of the rugby championships this weekend.

The video sees a skier dressed as a football shoot through football posts.

It follows on from the airline’s first video, which pastiches the “meanwhile in…” internet memes, which saw two snowboarders and a skier all wearing matching woollen skivvies and pop-pop beans ski and board down Central Otago’s Isobel Glacier.

It was created by  online content creator Diaries Downunder.
