Clare’s coincidence corner

Remember Clare Werbeloff? No? Blimey a week’s a long time on the Internet.

Clares coincidence corner werbeloff sims 350x232Anyway, you may recall that when Werbeloff leapt to public attention as the chk-chk boom girl, questions were raised about where a) she saw the shooting b) she was really just a waitress  as she claimed or c) was connected to youth marketing agency The Projects.

In the end, question a) was quickly answered. She was lying, but the whole thing was just a prank. And that was that.

Anyway, Dr Mumbo was lucky enough to be at Luna Park last night for the catwalk show to launch new computer game The Sims 3. It was an event being run by The Projects. Guess who was sitting in the front row? And guess who got spontaneously pulled from the front row and onto the stage to take part in a catwalk competition.

And while its fair to say that Ms Werbeloff is a better social commentator than catwalker, it was nice for her to have a chance to get acquainted with the people of The Projects, that company she has nothing to do with.
