Mediacom – the agency that likes TV ads so much it appears in them
It’s not every company that can run a recruitment ad on telly – or every agency that’s brave enough to do so.
Mediacom Sydney is though.
The agency’s recruitment ad was made by staffer Dean Challis who won the company’s monthly Be Brave competition. It features fellow staffers Matt Butcher and Ignatius Stillone with a voiceover from Lara Wilks-Ford.
And being a media agency, it was able to call in some favours, with it airing on Go!, 7Mate, Ten and MTV nationally.
It makes a pleasant change for Dr Mumbo to come across an agency that actually believes in advertising iteself.
Is that Mark Buckman moonlighting as an actor between jobs?

If you’re a graduate and reading these comments then let me tell you first hand that the very best day of working with anyone else in media will be utterly miserable, pointless and unproductive compared to the very worst day you’d have working with Matt Butcher.
