New head of marketing at ABC TV
Diana Constantini will be ABC TV’s head of marketing when Sue Lester retires in July.
Constantini is the creative director of Tactic Creative Services, which has delivered Promax/BDA-nominated campaigns for ABC3 and Movie Network.
“Di has done some exceptionally creative and successful branding and promotion work in the multi-channel environment,” said MD Kim Dalton. ” She will bring this expertise and background to ABC TV at a time when we are moving to a more focused and differentiated branding approach to our suite of channels. ”
Constantini starts on this role on July 19.
Good to see someone who has a shelf full of b-o-o-o-ks. Will Diana please listen to those intrusive-style promos on the conventional channels? That boosty voice-over hack and that Miss Treacle who make the programs even more late? Always happy to take in sensible and appropriate promotion, preferably direct from the talent or producer of that same program. ABC audiences need and will appreciate creative work. Understand the crash-noisies are on agenda for ABC Advisory Council for 2 July.
