OMD WA Perth managing director Bob Goodge departs
Managing director of OMD WA Bob Goodge has departed the media agency after just over a year in the role and will be replaced by Angela Nutton.
“I can confirm Bob has left,” said John Driscoll, “we have appointed Angela Nutton to head the agency. Angela is well known in the Perth media industry and has been with our organisation many years ago and has return to the fold.”
News of Goodge’s departure has emerged just a week after the presentations in the $30m iiNet media pitch in which OMD WA, which is part of Marketforce, is the incumbent.
The departure of Goodge comes as the media agency seeks to defend one of the biggest media accounts in the WA market, where it is facing off against Initiative and ZenithOptimedia.
Nutton came to the agency in October to run the iiNet account, having previously worked for Nine Network and was most recently running her own consultancy Nutton-2-it.
Goodge is a former managing director of Starcom Mediavest in Sydney which he left in May 2012.
