Women’s Running magazine launches

A new running magazine has launched targeted at women.

The bi-monthly title is published by Wild Bunch Media Limited and available through subscriptions, newsagents and Coles supermarkets.

Sarah Joyce, editor-in-chief of Women’s Running said: “We understand running for women is a whole different ball game. Women are built differently from men and experience unique physical changes which means they require specialist training and racing advice. We’ll do this in a fresh, smart, informative, compassionate and honest way.”

The news comes after ACP announced the launch of title Women’s Fitness in November.

The magazine will include information on running, cross training, nutrition, health, fashion and real life with additional content on its website.

Women’s Running will retail for $8.50 per issue with an annual subscription price of $45.

Wild Bunch Media Limited also publishes British running magazine, Men’s Running.
