World Movies Channel hunts budding B-grade movie makers
The World Movies Channel has launched a competition inviting budding filmmakers to submit their B-grade movie or movie idea for the chance to have it broadcast on the channel.
The channel has launched the competition to create awareness around its B-Invasion programming season which showcases the forgotten B-grade horror films from the 50s and 60s throughout December and January.
Digital agency @www has developed an integrated promotional site and interactive competition in support of the programming season.
The competition is being sponsored by Palace Cinemas, Bang & Olufsen, and Foxtel which are also providing prizes for runner up entries.
Entries have already been posted on YouTube. The competition closes on January 31.
Not sure if this site is obsolete or not but am interested in finding a movie maker looking for ideas. My research has led to having material from which a great movie could be made.
Are you or anyone you know looking for this type of opportunity?
Many thanks Norm Grayson
