RMIT Presents Anne Gregory, Stakeholder Engagement for the Corporate Sector
www.tinyurl.com/corporatestakeholding
The corporate world has changed significantly. No longer can senior
executives assume that their organisations have a right to exist and prosper
as long as they act within the law. New forms of power and accountability
mean that they have to think very differently about what they say, how
they behave and how they deal with stakeholders in order to ‘maintain
their license to operate’. Covert responsibility is just as important as overt
responsibility. The purpose of this course is to introduce the renewed
centrality of stakeholders in organisational life and the critical role of
communication in shaping strategy, decision-making, and action.
