Analogfolk announces hires in creative and account management
Creative agency Analogfolk has announced a number of hires.
Joining the agency is senior art director Willy Maitland, as well as Zoe McMurdo as senior account director and senior editor Emily Leary.
Analogfolk partner and managing director, Matt Robinson, said the hires came in response to increased demand for the agency’s services.
“It’s certainly not news to anyone that there have been some massive societal shifts in 2020, and that has flowed through to our clients’ businesses as well,” Robinson said.
“Our clients have had to adapt quickly and we’ve been fortunate to see increased demand for digital experiences, social and branded content, as well as innovation – all delivered at rapid pace. It has given us the opportunity to make some fantastic new hires, and there’s some brilliant work in the pipeline.”
Mason joins from Clemenger BBDO Sydney and was a Cannes Young Lion this year.
McMurdo started at Analogfolk in April after three years at Social Soup, leaving as an account director.
Leary was a content editor at creative agency Edge, and had a brief stint with the NBN before joining Analogfolk in March.
Back in October, Chris Loukakis was promoted to strategy director.
