Content marketing agency Typeset launches in Perth
Content marketing agency Typeset has launched in Perth and London.
Typeset offers agencies and companies written content including brand journalism, blog posts and content marketing strategies.
The agency has been founded by content marketer Sarah Mitchell and copywriter Dan Hatch.
Hatch is a print and radio journalist. Most recently he was the marketing and media editor at The West Australian.
Mitchell is the founder of Global Copywriting and is the Australian consulting editor for the Content Marketing Institute.
Hatch said in a statement: “Content marketing is a vital part of the marketing mix for companies of all sizes, across industries, but not all businesses have the skills or resources to bring together the art and science required for written content to be truly effective.
“Even where they have the right skills, many marketers find it difficult to publish regularly and consistently, to a high quality — not to mention keeping up with changing technology and understanding how to influence search engines like Google. But that’s exactly what’s needed for your audience to become rusted-on brand advocates.”
Mitchell added: “We’ve built award-winning brand newsrooms from scratch, developed scores of content marketing strategies, and helped businesses of all sizes create value with their content production.
“We have the experience and skill to make a great piece of writing work effectively in an online and offline environment. Dan and I have honed workflows and processes to guarantee every job is delivered on time, every time, regardless of the deadline. We’re currently commissioning research to study writing quality and effectiveness in marketing departments.”
