Jacketgate: Never forget
Today marks the one year anniversary of what may prove to be Dr Mumbo’s most notorious moment, when he obtained video of three colleagues in a slight disagreement about wardrobe choice.
Little was Dr Mumbo to know that Jacketgate, as it became known, would propel protagonists Amber Sherlock and Julie Snook to a degree of notoriety, and indeed deliver Mumbrella the biggest single day of traffic in its history.
Pedant alert! “one year anniversary” – a blight on the English language. First anniversary, 2nd anniversary, etc, etc.
This is a little lame…mining this story for more traffic?
