CRM Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CRM Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, implementing and optimizing engaging, creative and customer centric digital marketing and CRM campaigns to achieve marketing communications and recruitment objectives.

This is an exciting new role working within a highly creative and engaged team, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Student Recruitment.

Selection Criteria

Essential:

– Proven success in a similar role (3 years plus) with demonstrated market growth and conversion rates on projects you have worked on.
– Proven track record of writing and budgeting marketing plans with a focus on PPC campaigns supported by other tactics.
– Demonstrated experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud – creating customer journeys and automation, data input and analysis, creating lists and reporting, and fostering user adoption.
– Proven ability to work with different technical and non-technical stakeholder groups including ICT, consultants and marketing and sales teams to ensure best practise use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
– Track record in designing and delivering a program to encourage non-technical user uptake of Salesforce including delivering useful tools and resources.
– Demonstrated experience and understanding of Salesforce and CMS integration.
– Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective reporting using both SalesForce and Google Analytics extracting actionable insights to improve ROI for marketing and sales teams

Desirable:

– Experience working in an education, arts or not-for-profit organisation.
– Experience working with AMPscript (SFMC Programming language).
– Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification.

Salary: $73,124 – $89,339 (dependent on experience) plus excellent benefits package.
